We believe in a collaborative approach, where caregivers share expertise about their child and our clinicians share expertise about how individuals learn the skills to have a successful, happy life. Every individual and every family is unique, each deserving care that is individually tailored to meet their unique needs and goals. Our clinicians serve as Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and collaborate with Licensed Psychologists. -BCBAs are Masters or Doctoral-level clinicians with extensive training in ABA. Their role is to identify the most important skills for a client to learn, collaborate with a Licensed Psychologist to develop and continually modify an individualized program, provide training to all team members, and monitor progress. -Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are clinicians with training in ABA who work with clients directly and implement the individualized programs designed by the BCBA. They offer valuable insight into your child’s progress.
