Pros

ADM is a company of deep integrity and invests heavily in employee education and support. I would definitely recommend a career with this global leader.

Cons

IT is a bit immature as compared to the companies overall maturity which can sometimes make it feel like an impossible task to catch up. :)

The interview process was reasonable. Initially you receive a screening call, there were several interview panel rounds with different stakeholders. Finally there was an onsite tour and travel to Chicago HQ. The questions were consistent throughout the process including behavior based.
