Thank you for your feedback and your many years of service to CTG! We agree that our management team, culture, and work/life balance are foundational elements to making CTG a Great Place to Work. Our CEO, Filip Gydé, and the leadership team make it a priority to connect on a personal level with all employees, which helps us maintain a culture of support and encourage work/life balance. Keeping a pulse on how employees are doing allow managers to have increased awareness of potential stressors and can encourage a break or time away if needed. In terms of salary, we continuously review and assess market rates to ensure our compensation is fair, equitable, and competitive.
