I applied online and the HR department reached out. I was then sent to interview with the AP manager- then finally the corporate accountant. The whole process seemed so drawn out and took a month and a half. With long periods between interviews and very little communication between... They make you feel like they are actually interested but then you suddenly feel like you are being strung along. It really shouldn't take this long to fill a position at this low of a level.
