Created in 2017 by Southern California native, Crystal Olivares, we are a woman-operated company that specializes in placing both temporary and direct hires for the electrical, utilities and construction industries.
Alcoa Agency’s mission is to create a full-service experience for both clients and candidates alike. Crystal Olivares, the Agency’s creator, has an extensive background in the event and hospitality industry, delivering exceptional event designs for couples, corporations and celebrities. As an event designer and producer, her strongest attribute was her ability to build relationships. Crystal easily connects with people and thrives by helping others personally as well as professionally.
