Description ANZA MANAGEMENT COMPANY was founded in 1975 to provide complete property management services to owners of income properties. Since starting with a single apartment community, the Company has grown significantly as a result of the high-quality service we provide. In recognition of the Company’s professionalism, leadership within the industry, and compliance with stringent requirements for operational and financial reliability, ANZA has been designated an Accredited Management Organization (AMO) by the Institute of Real Estate Management, the first firm headquartered in Orange County, California to receive this designation.
