BoldAge PACE delivers the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), helping adults 55+ live independently at home with grace and dignity.
We're a growing, owner-operated healthcare company with 9 centers across 6 states and new locations opening nationwide. Our integrated teams of doctors, nurses, therapists, social workers, and support staff coordinate every aspect of a participant's care, from primary and specialty medical services to transportation, meals, rehab, and social connection.
