Mission At Bond Vet, our mission is to strengthen the human animal bond through pet health. We started Bond Vet to make vet care better for the care team, clients, and patients.
We are creating the next generation of veterinary clinics, built completely from the ground up. Think CityMD and One Medical for pets. Our walk-in and urgent care clinics are warm, friendly, thoughtfully designed. In short, this won’t feel or look like a clinic you’ve been in before.
Our most important focus is our team. We aim to provide every member with both personal and professional growth throughout their career. It’s important that every team member feels appreciated and valued every day.
Bond Vet is changing the veterinary industry by building a team of innovators and creators.
Description Bond Vet is creating the next generation of veterinary clinics — and we’re looking for people to join our passionate team.
One of our biggest and most important focuses is our team. Happy employees take better care of pets. We’ve worked in vet practices for a long time, and we’re working immensely hard to create a fantastic workplace culture. It’s important that every team member feels appreciated and valued every day. The only way our industry will continue to push ahead for the pets we all love is by creating a wholesome clinic, and ensuring that it’s a wonderful place to learn and grow.
We do not sit around waiting for someone to request for help, we jump up and offer our assistance. We’re there for one another, when someone looks down we ask them if they’re doing okay or feeling off and find out what we can do to help. We’re proactive when it comes to opportunities to help one another.
The Stephen & Christine Schwarzman Animal Medical Center (AMC) is the world’s largest non-profit animal hospital with 120+ veterinarians providing the highest quality medical care across 20+ specialties and services, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our mission to provide the best in care, research, and education has been the foundation of our work for over a century.
Sploot Veterinary Care provides exceptional care and experience for pets and their parents by creating the best environment for our team members to thrive. We wholeheartedly pursue our mission by constantly innovating on stress free and happy places for dogs and cats, spoiling our pet parents, and creating an amazing place for veterinarians to pursue professional and personal fulfillment.
When our founders first became pet parents, they were very excited - and definitely a little overwhelmed. What was the difference between something going on with a puppy that could wait - and couldn’t? Why was there always sticker shock when it came to a vet visit? And why was it so hard to get in touch with their vet's office, let alone get an appointment on the calendar in a timely fashion?
Navigating these challenges, and more, led to the founding of Sploot Veterinary Care. We created a veterinary care experience that was proactively awesome - the way we thought that veterinary care should be. With expansive primary and urgent care under one roof, easy to reach care teams (Text! Tele-triage! Book online!), and unparalleled availability for same day and walk-in appointments, Sploot works every day to deliver the veterinary care of the future - today.
And, we can’t do it without the best team members in the world - so we make sure to take care of them, too. From investing in career development plans to prioritizing work life balance, swag, and more, our veterinarians get the same white glove treatment that our pets and pet parents do.

BluePearl grew from the dreams of numerous veterinarians who believed pets should have access to high quality, cutting edge healthcare.
The company’s story begins in July 1996, the day after veterinarian Neil Shaw completed his residency. He and his brother, Darryl, who had recently earned his MBA from Northwestern University, opened a private specialty veterinary practice in Tampa called Florida Veterinary Specialists.
As the practice thrived, the Shaws opened additional specialty and emergency hospitals in other locations in the Tampa Bay area and in New York City. They formed an alliance with Dr. Jeff Dennis and Dr. Joe Desch, who were growing the specialty and emergency animal hospital they founded in 1992 into one of the largest in the Midwest. In 2008, the group banded together to create BluePearl Veterinary Partners. Today our company has specialty and emergency hospitals throughout the country and continues to expand.
In 2015, BluePearl made the decision to join the Mars family, an iconic, family-owned organization that has demonstrated a significant commitment to helping pets. Mars Petcare is the world’s leading pet nutrition and health care provider, and joining the family gave BluePearl new, unprecedented opportunities for growth and support.
BluePearl is committed to providing the communities we serve with comprehensive, compassionate veterinary care. All of our associates are dedicated to accomplishing our mission: Enriching lives through remarkable care for pets.
