Century Benefits provides a holistic view of insurance, simplifying the selection, application, and acquisition of insurance and remaining the first source our customers think of when they consider the best insurance for their lives.
Our mission is to simplify insurance for our clients. Originally started in 2006 as an Auto, Home, Health and Medicare Independent Insurance Agency. In 2019 Century pivoted to focusing on Medicare plans. The decision to make this change was for several reasons. 1. This allows our agents to focus on , and become experts in Medicare. Which allows us to better serve our clients and make our agents more successful. 2. This allows our agents to have steady business year round as 11,000 Americans age into Medicare each day. 65,636,490 (as of June 2023) Americans are enrolled in Medicare and they are eligible to change their coverage to a plan that better suits their needs throughout the year.. This eliminates the need for “seasonal layoffs” and we are able to retain our performing agents.
We encourage feedback from our employees and regularly implement changes as a result of feedback on how we can improve people’s work experience.
We believe that growth can mean different things to different people. So, whether that’s just continuing to learn, implement feedback/accept coaching, become more successful at helping more people and in turn earning a great income, or if it’s leading a team, we want to provide you the means to achieve those goals. In fact, all of your team leads and managers have been promoted from within our organization.
Medicare has allowed us the stability in the insurance industry that we have been needing. It has given us the opportunity to grow from initially from one floor in our building to currently occupying the entire building.
