Mission Chargeback has pioneered real-time dispute resolution executing its mission to fully disrupt the current status quo of manual labor and outsourced dispute management. Internal teams at leading global brands are using Chargeback's SaaS-based dispute management platform to lower dispute rates, improve win-rates and reduce labor costs. These three key benefits work together to minimize the bottom line hit merchants receive from the fraudulent and accidental use of credit card disputes.
Description Chargeback is a classic tale of death and rebirth (aka pivot in startup parlance). Originally founded in 2011 as Chargeback Guardian, a run-of-the-mill BPO vendor (business process outsource) determined to conquer the byzantine world of disputes. The company enjoyed a fair amount of success but lackluster growth and mismanagement had the company on the path of certain doom, or at the very least, an underwhelming exit for the founders and investors.
Alas, late in 2015, Xomi, a new executive team, acquired the assets, rebranded to Chargeback and pivoted the company to a pure SaaS model intent on disrupting the status quo with full automation and real-time dispute resolution.
A one-of-its-kind product was delivered December 2017 that the likes of Nike, Dick’s Sporting Goods TripAdvisor, Turo, Sling, and more all rose their hands to say, “get me in on that!” Since our official launch, we’ve boarded some of the world’s leading brands and built a multimillion-dollar pipeline.
