Description Dunham & Associates Investment Counsel administers about a dozen mutual funds that range in styles from a low-risk government and corporate bond fund to an emerging markets stock fund. Unlike most funds that charge investors flat fees, the company charges fees based upon the funds' performance (called fulcrum fees). Dunham & Associates also manages retirement plans; its Dunham Trust Company affiliate offers asset administration and other trust services. Clients include wealthy individuals and institutional investors. President and CEO Jeffrey Dunham founded Dunham & Associates in 1985.
