Our Opportunity:
This is a full-time, W2 employment opportunity with comprehensive benefits and robust training. While our opportunity is ultimately 100% commission-based, we understand that people need short-term income security to focus on building their sales business. Thus, we offer a significant training assistance pay program to provide income security during the 1st 2 years of employment while our new partners develop their clientele and personal sales, typically ranging from $38,000 - $48,000 annually depending on location/cost-of-living factors.
Our opportunity consists of 4 key components—Sales, Leadership, Net Worth Building and Personal Growth. In addition, we have incentive trips, monthly bonus opportunities, employee discounts and clothing allowance programs on our products and a fun, performance-driven, uplifting culture.
Training and Onboarding:
New Partner Training: ALL training expenses and resources are covered 100% by the company. New Partners can expect a heavy emphasis on goals development, career pathing, projections and mental development as part of our normal sales training curriculum.
