Great skill development but toxic leadership and long hours

- Could learn about sales -Good Skill development - Travel Opportunities internationally. -Get to network with top executives

Cons

- Really long work hours often 8am -8pm - Constant Micromanagement -Constant performance management everyday. -Life really depends on a direct leader. Mine was very toxic, which was the reason i left.
