Air Methods is the leading provider of air medical emergency transport services in the US. In 44 years, we have grown our operations to almost 300 bases, serving 48 states. We are headquartered in Greenwood Village, CO. Our 5,000+ team members are comprised of industry leading pilots, clinicians, mechanics, air communications specialists, support teams, and many more. We are proud that over 20% of our team members are U.S. veterans, active duty, or reserves. We are ready to go above and beyond in all we do because we know someone’s life is on the line. In 2024 we will fly close to 150,000 air medical flight hours and transported over 109,000 patients. We are dedicated around the clock to relentlessly provide the tools and expertise that allow us to save lives. Our comprehensive aviation, clinical, and maintenance training is as robust as it is intense. We continuously work to be the best of the best. We are prepared and there when someone requires intensive medical care from the scene of an accident or transported from a hospital to highly skilled trauma or territory care center. Our fleet is one of the most modern in the industry and consists of roughly 400 helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft. The company has also invested more than $150 million in advancing and incorporating safety programs and technologies into its operations. Air Methods has achieved CAMTS and AACN accreditation.
