Our business model has proven that our design-build delivery method is far superior to design-bid-build for the last two decades. We will strive to maintain our dominance in Florida’s private parking market and continue to grow into the commercial building market in Florida and private parking markets in other states. The strong acceptance of our design-build delivery method, our dominance in the parking market, and the interest in our DualDeck® Building System led us to adopt a new Vision in 2017. “Experience a new way to build.” Our high visibility projects continue to spark more interest in our building and delivery system, indicating that many owners and developers desire a new way to build.
We have the technology and the necessary skills to achieve our vision. Our focus will continue to shift towards developing the productive and efficient use of these innovative technologies to differentiate ourselves further from the competition, specifically in finished, mid-rise buildings.

We realize that savvy customers look beyond those items in a project measured in dollars when making purchasing decisions. They seek solutions to problems and faster delivery. They want straightforward, less complicated, less stressful, lower risk buildings with lower maintenance and greater flexibility at a low cost and for the best price. When FINFROCK delivers buildings as a product, clients who contract with us can bypass the tedious finger-pointing that often occurs with traditional construction and multiple contracts. Using Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology, customers can virtually tour their projects months before construction begins. This allows for the opportunity to make design modifications early and economically. FINFROCK is a private, independently owned company that utilizes proprietary technology to design and build structured parking, hotels, student housing, office buildings, multi-unit residential complexes, and mixed-use facilities out of resilient precast/prestressed concrete. FINFROCK’s in-house architects, engineers, precast designers, cost estimators, quality control personnel, and construction managers specialize in design, manufacturing, and construction and allow FINFROCK to be a single point of contact for customers. Lowering both cost and risk for owners, FINFROCK is the only vertically integrated design-builder of its kind in the industry. Founded in 1945, FINFROCK is headquartered on a 100 acre complex in Central Florida with additional manufacturing facilities in Palm Beach County, Florida.
