In addition to some 15 varieties of apples, including McIntosh, Crispin, and Empire, the company distributes sweet and tart cherries, grapes, peaches, pears, tomatoes, and other fruits and vegetables. Dobbins purchases produce from growers in New York state, as well as other areas of the US. It distributes its products to customers, including food processors and retailers, throughout the US and Canada; it also sells products overseas. H. H. Dobbins, which was founded in 1930, is owned by president Ward Dobbins.
