In the summer of 2020, High Sierra and its clients took a number of actions based on each pool facility and relevant health guidance including but not limited to: reducing facility capacity, visitor reservation system, requiring social distancing and mask-wearing, implementation of enhanced procedures for cleaning and sanitizing of high-touch surfaces, and compliance with CARES Act requirements. High Sierra Pools is looking for more than 2,000 seasonal lifeguards to help guard pools for Summer 2021! We are currently accepting online applications for the 2021 season, which begins in May. Job opportunities include seasonal lifeguards at both big and small facilities, from apartment pools to big community pools in homeowners’ associations. Positions are also available for pool managers, who supervise teams of lifeguards at larger facilities and are certified lifeguards with prior experience. A limited number of positions are also available for area supervisors. What could being a lifeguard teach you and how would it be beneficial to your career aspirations?
