      Description Hurricane Express is family owned and operated. We have been in business since 1988. We have been incorporated and operating under our own DOT authority since 1992. We have 180 power units and 225 trailers. The majority of our drivers are lease operators, but we also have local, regional, super regional and OTR company positions. Hurricane Express provides premium equipment and premium service in the refrigerated freight markets from coast to coast. We specialize in transporting produce, poultry and seafood.
