We recently welcomed the Joint Personal Property Shipping Office–Mid Atlantic (JPPSO-MA) and the Department of War Personal Property Activity to our Sterling, VA headquarters for a hands-on training and facility tour. The session gave attendees a closer look at our warehouse operations, including storage methods, packing techniques, and the key differences between domestic and international moves. From live demonstrations to interactive discussions, the visit focused on reinforcing best practices and improving the overall moving experience for service members.
