Kayem Foods makes one of the top-selling hot dogs in New England and is a fixture at Fenway Park. It rolls out some 1 million dogs daily. The company also makes traditional Italian sausages, bratwurst, deli meats, spiral hams, and fresh gourmet chicken sausage sold under such brands as Kayem, al fresco, Genoa Sausage, Meisterchef, Schonland's, and Triple M. Kayem, which has operations in Chelsea and Woburn, Massachusetts, sells its meats throughout the US. The company's US food customers include retailers Hannaford, Price Chopper, Kroger, and Town & Country. U.S. Foodservice and SYSCO are among its foodservice accounts. Founded more than 100 years ago, Kayem is still owned and operated by the Monkiewicz family.
