LUZCO Founder and CEO Lusnail Haberberger understood and recognized these daunting tribulations firsthand as a minority female engineer. That is why she decided to create her own boutique engineering firm. Lus wanted to cultivate an environment for herself and others that encourages a work-life balance, supports unique and individual goals, and emboldens underrepresented minorities to enter the STEM field.
