A. We specialize in providing next-day service to the entire state of Wisconsin, the major markets of Minnesota, Eastern Iowa, the Northern 2/3's of Illinois and Indiana, all of Upper Michigan and the Southwest portion of lower Michigan.

B. Freight movement throughout the N & M system is controlled through our terminal in Neenah, Wisconsin. Neenah is also home to our Corporate Headquarters.

C. N & M Transfer serves all points direct in the areas defined above. We have no interline or agent involvement in our direct service area.

D. We operate a modern fleet of company-owned equipment. Only N & M employees operate and maintain our equipment under direct control of N & M Operations.

E. Our Claims Ratio is less than 0.3% and our on-time delivery percentage is consistently above 99%.

F. We have proven systems that allow for specialized distribution programs such as sorting and segregating of volume loads into less than truckload traffic for direct customer delivery.The programs administered at our Neenah, WI distribution facilities are extremely accurate and secure.
