The Irish Dairy Board (IDB) churns up Kerrygold brand butter and cheeses, then markets and exports them countries across the globe, including the UK, US, and Germany. In the US, the co-op's business includes the sale of butter and cheese, as well as general food distribution (cheeses, cooked meats, fish and delicatessen-type products of Irish and non-Irish origin) through its DPI Specialty Foods unit. Its other subsidiaries include Adams Foods (UK), Dairy Ingredients (UK), Meadow Cheese (UK), Loyez-Woessen (France), Yoko Fresh Food (Belgium), Nikita Salads (the Netherlands). IDB also sells milk powder ingredient products.
