Description Patch is a local platform, covering local and hyperlocal news in over 1000 towns and cities around the country. We employ roughly 100 full-time reporters -- including alumni of The New York Times, the Boston Globe, the Associated Press and many other of the nation’s great newsrooms -- as well as numerous freelancers and contractors. Patch finished 2016, it’s 3rd year as an independent company, profitable, while hiring nearly 20 full-time reporters and adding 7 new metropolitan areas and launching numerous advances in our platform, including a new CMS and iOS app. We are deeply committed to our mission of providing local news and reporting to our 22 million monthly users, and equally, to maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment for our valued employees. #GoPatch...
