Poulos & Bennett, LLC was founded in March 2009 to fill the need for high quality civil engineering services based on responsible design, an innovative approach, and comprehensive engineering principles.
Starting as an Orlando-based land planning and engineering firm producing projects for both private and public sector clients, the firm has responsibly but quickly grown to over 60 staff.
Our broad project expertise includes stormwater and utility master planning, infrastructure design, planning and design of master planned residential and resort style developments, healthcare and commercial/office developments, roadway design and traffic engineering, parks and amenities, and power supply infrastructure.
In addition to providing civil engineering services, Poulos & Bennett has extensive experience permitting through local, state, and federal agencies; we have developed a significant construction phase engineering division; a skilled Due Diligence analysis and engineering assistance service; and a Government Relations support function.
