Radin Consulting, Inc. (RCI) is a Disadvantaged, Woman and Minority-Owned Business Enterprise (DBE, M/WBE) providing planning and engineering consulting services to the transportation market. Since its inception in 1998, RCI has grown into a firm whose areas of expertise include managing large transportation projects that involve facilitation on federal and state regulatory requirements and strategizing and streamlining opportunities to expedite project funding and implementation. For more than a decade, RCI has held various positions of handling, reviewing and managing multiple capital projects for NJ TRANSIT and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) in New York City.
