Our mission is finding and providing talent for our clients and excellent career opportunities for our consultants and candidates. We want to bring joy to the business of IT Staffing and recruiting. This isn’t work-hard and play-hard. No, our goal is to do our jobs in a way that brings delight daily to the clients and people who we work with. Life is too short to grind through every day as a small cog in some huge recruiting machine. We want to impact people's lives by providing opportunities for real career growth and success.
Revel IT is the next iteration of Fast Switch which was founded in 1997. We've grown to $94M in sales and with a new name and renewed focus on growth we expect our growth to accelerate.
We truly enjoy helping people develop and grow their careers. We have many examples of candidates that we placed in entry level IT roles who are now IT Managers, Directors, and Senior delivery people.
To support our candidates and consultants we have a large client base and we have a great diversity of clients- from Cardinal Health, the largest public company in Central Ohio to The Ohio State University to startups with as few as 3 employees! We are also adding and growing offices in many of the best and fastest growing IT cities including: Austin, TX Los Angeles, CA Phoenix, AZ Nashville, TN and more.
