Description As a joint venture between Seaboard Foods and Triumph Foods, Seaboard Triumph Foods began producing Prairie Fresh pork in September of 2017. The modern design and highly automated equipment makes Seaboard Triumph Foods one of the most desirable places to work in Sioux City which is located in the “tristate” area of Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota. Seaboard Triumph Foods now employs over 2,000 employees, with three shifts available.

From production positions to management roles, we have a million square feet of opportunities! Our departments include: Human Resources, Accounting, Operations, Logistics, Warehouse & Shipping, Purchasing, Animal Welfare, Continuous Improvement, Maintenance & Engineering, Health Services, Safety, Communications, Information Technology, and Recruiting & Employment.
