Who are we? The Shore Lodge, Whitetail Club is a 4 diamond, luxury lakefront Resort and Spa situated on the sandy shores of scenic Payette Lake in the Central Idaho town of McCall, approximately 100 miles north of Boise Idaho. This idyllic mountain resort offers guests a host of amenities, activities designed for fun, relaxation and warm hospitality all in a setting of spectacular natural beauty. Whitetail Club, our Members Only Club, is a 1,300-acre luxury golf and resort community. This debt-free development, includes an 18-hole golf course and multiple club facilities.
Why work here? Besides continuous improvement, we offer a diverse employee population, typically representing on average 6 - 8 different countries during our busy season. We are community minded and look forward to participating in various community events, our favorite is the Winter Carnival, each and every year, always in hopes of taking the trophy for the best float and the best sculpture. Additionally, we actively participate in local Chamber and Rotary activities. We love where we live and do our very best to provide employees 2 days off in a row to experience the beauty that is here and to promote a healthy Work/Life balance.
