During long careers at top IT firms, they grew frustrated by decisions that were based on the bottom line rather than relationships. Softensity was built on the foundation of putting people first in order to build long-term partnerships.
The company started in the U.S. with a handful of passionate IT professionals based in Atlanta. As it grew, clients asked for longer development cycles at a lower cost. Leadership scoured the globe in a deliberate vetting process to find the best sources of IT talent. The company’s offshore team started in Eastern Europe and has expanded to regions around the globe.
With the recent addition of teams in Latin America, Softensity is now able to provide clients with 24-hour development and support. The company has a global footprint in more than 15 countries, providing best-in-class developers, engineers and QAs in virtually any time zone. And leadership is constantly searching for the next source of untapped global talent.
