Description Summit Electric Supply is an independent, privately held wholesale distributor of industrial electrical equipment and supplies ranging from basic commodities to sophisticated electrical components. Our Values

Summit is an independent, privately-held electrical distributor. We’re headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico and operate 26 service centers across four states in the U.S. We also have three global divisions that support specific industries and projects around the world.

We opened our first service center in 1977 with just five employees and today we’re the 21st largest electrical distributor in the U.S. with $500 million in annual sales and more than 600 associates.

Our associates are integral to our continued success and set Summit apart. We are continually getting even better at what we do best, and that’s because we invest in you and your career. Summit values ongoing training and development for our team, which makes our associates some of the most knowledgeable people in the industry.
