Teaching Lab’s mission is to fundamentally shift the paradigm of teacher professional learning for educational equity.
Founded in 2016, Teaching Lab emerged from the belief that when teachers thrive, students thrive. Our approach is grounded in the Head, Heart, Habits, and Equity model, which integrates knowledge, passion, practice, and inclusivity to enhance instructional practice and learning.
Since our inception, we've experienced significant growth to better serve our school district partners. Today, our team boasts over 100 dedicated employees and a robust community of professional learning facilitators, the majority of whom are educators. Together with our district partners, we develop instructional systems that lead to significant improvements in student outcomes. Our methods are evidence-based and geared toward long-term, sustainable change.
