When We Began:
The Performance Group was founded in 1993 to serve the staffing needs for a single customer in a small office in Ephrata, PA. Since those humble beginnings, The Performance Group has grown to include six branch offices and several on-site facilities, providing professional staffing solutions across South Central Pennsylvania.
Who We Are Today:
Our staff consists of more than 50 talented, dedicated and diverse individuals who are excellent at what they do, and who love doing it. It's to these committed staffing consultants that we attribute our company's steady growth, our consistently satisfied client companies -- including Fortune 500 companies and other top corporate brands in the nation -- and our high-performance, highly reliable pool of employment resources.
