Who do we hire?
Top Guard hires professional, customer service-minded men and women who are dedicated to providing Top Guard’s high standard of security service excellence. We employ people of diverse backgrounds, perspectives, education, and experience. We actively seek out veterans and individuals with law enforcement and security experience, although this background is not a requirement. All of our employees undergo background screenings and drug tests and must have a clean driving record.

Top Guard offers unarmed and armed security officers and mobile patrol services to industrial and manufacturing facilities, commercial properties, local, state and Federal governments, residential towers, museums, and universities. Officers provide access control, roving patrols, video surveillance monitoring and incident response and management. Officers are generally assigned to a specific account so they can become familiar with their location, facility, employees and the client’s security needs. Most security shifts are evenings, midnights and weekends.
