Description Xanté has a forte and it is digital imaging. The company designs, manufactures, and distributes laser printers, film systems, camera-ready proofing devices and other digital printing and publishing products to corporate customers worldwide. Products include Workflow prepublishing PC workstations and the Impressia line of platesetter equipment. Xanté has cooperative agreements with publishing software specialist Adobe Systems and hardware maker Agfa-Gevaert. Xanté was founded in 1989 by CEO Robert Ross, who owns about one-third of the company. Outside investors hold the rest of the company's equity. Subsidiary Xanté Europe oversees its business on the continent from its head office in the Netherlands.
