      - Great work-life balance -Awesome corporate culture -Despite the small size the infrastructure is (Accounting, HR, Benefits, 401 K, ets. ) are well established - CEO and COO who are the co-owners treat employees fairly

      I can't think of any specific negative aspects other than growing pains of a small business.

      Pros

      The only good thing I can say about this company is that my manager and the HR lead were very accommodating.

      Cons

      The CEO and owner of this company attempted to cheat me out of my PTO payout when I left the company. She also failed to run payroll several times, resulting in employees receiving their paychecks late, and she did not inform employees, nor did she apologize for her illegal and unprofessional behavior.
