Great Company, with heart. They really want to make a difference. The teams work really hard to have an impact.

Cons

Pay low for the market for internal staff. Too much focus on hours and not enough on preventing burnout for their teams.

They did put me to work they had no problem finding me a job

They had no regard to even helping me keep my job I had covid 2 an I got fired an if I call out an have a wrote document for the reason of why then I don't think that should count as me not being there cause I mean life happens I have court dates an doctors o got 3 kids that get sick or hurt at school like they didn't have my back on anything
