The benefits are amazing, people are genuinely nice to work with, and a big community. Training is great.

Cons

Sometimes, it is really hard to place some people in a job do to hard factors in their background, and they end up complaining to us, when we're just trying our best to place them.

Pay is good for area Benefits are ok Teammates are treated well( for the most part) Willing to promote ans recognize efforts Training processes are well rounded

Cons

Culture and values are hit and miss. Onin prides itself on being inclusive and down to earth, but when it might hurt their pocket book that goes to wayside.
