Pros

1800CONTACTS is a great company! I have worked here for 12 years. They are a family friendly company. They are honest, loyal and trustworthy. They look out for their employees and have amazing benefits. They create a fun and rewarding environment. There is plenty of room to grow and achieve what is desired.

Cons

There is some flexibility regarding schedules as a phone agent, however, there is only so much flexibility due to staffing needs, this comes with the territory of the type of position.

Pros

I was working two part time jobs before I was recommended this job... I can't tell you how grateful I am to be working for such an awesome and caring company. I love the managers and the coworkers, and of course the free food. I am looking forward to growing with company and moving up.

Cons

The grille is a hit and miss on the food, and the call volumes can get pretty crazy. Some of the customers can be pretty rude and entitled. The quality structure can be better, but we are working through that. It is very easy to burn out.

Cons

-lots of opportunity to move around but not to move up -it is very easy to get burned out
