Pros

1-800 Contacts takes care of their associates so they will take care of the customer. They want to make sure each associate has the best possible experience during their time here. The people I get to work with are my favorite part about my job!

Cons

It is a smaller company so there is not always opportunity for advancement.

The people are amazing and the management team really knows how to show their appreciation for their employees. They make work fun and I enjoy coming every day.

Cons

free gym, free breakfast, movies on the clock, fun events... what's to dislike?
