Pros

They really care about their people. From free resources to food this company sees and values the employee.

Cons

Over sharing with communication would be beneficial. Some small details like wider aisles and product placement higher from the floor could be useful also.

Pros

Great culture, people, and opportunities for advancement. Best company I've ever worked for.

Cons

There aren't many, but I've had some negative experiences with the company's recruiting process. Also, raises can be hard to come by.

Pros

The culture and people you get to work with make all the difference in working here. Love that that company is always 4-5 steps ahead and is on the proactive end instead of just being reactive. You get to learn and grow in your position and the opportunity to promote is there but is 100% on you as it should be.

Cons

Pay is still an opportunity, although we're making strides to get there (it is being looked at). We could have more events going on like we used to. Get more people away from the virtual environment and get out and about.
