10yEvery quarter we try to do something fun and engaging in an attempt to create an exciting work environment. Each month this year we’ve had a competition running, whether it was team specific or call center wide. In our first quarter we had an associate appreciation week where we provided desserts, Swig drinks, associate recognition, games (both inside & outside), etc.
Lately we’ve had a lot of positive growth within the call center and without. Because of this there are definitely a lot of moving pieces. Because of this growth, associates are moving teams/departments quite a bit. The majority of our associates enjoy the growth because it provides opportunities to see other areas of the business. This has provided great development opportunities for them.
