      Pros

      Beautiful building Great location Unlimited PTO remote working flexibility Great gym Positive fun Culture positive vibes Most people are fun to be around and genuinely want the company to win.

      Cons

      Little to no opportunities for advancement. Yearly performance reviews were discouraging when there were no paths to advancement. Not a massive deal, but it would be nice to have more incentive to grow. There were also a lot of changes in upper management just before we parted ways. This made things confusing and awkward transition during a time that structure and transparency were in high demand and low supply (covid, work from home, etc).

      Pros

      1-800 has the best company culture of any place I've worked over my 11+ year career. While I was hired during the pandemic and have worked from home the entire time here, I've really felt very welcomed and instantly part of the community. There is a great work life balance and it's the first place I've worked that people really respect and value associates well-being. They've given me opportunities to grow and develop my skill set and time to do so. Great benefits as well.
