Pros

Fun working environment. Too many benefits and perks to list. Employees are appreciated and valued and the recognition program is excellent. Leadership is supportive and encouraging and work hard to keep talented employees. Great work-life balance. Flexible schedules, decent benefits, great mentoring and training programs. Everyone I work with has been here a long time, is positive and helpful and happy to be here!

Cons

No major cons come to mind. A few technical difficulties on occasion: wifi, computer issues, etc...

Pros

Relaxed hours. Great work-life balance. Cafeteria onsite. Cheap meals Fun environment. Great place to learn for a junior developer

Cons

Management demands the impossible with impossible deadlines. Slowly removes benefits over time. Treats the IT department with the same standards of Call Center. Does not pay competitively. Easy for a developer to become stagnant and stay that way. This results in a lot of dead weight. Technical decisions are made by managers and marketing teams. Third party applications are preferred over in-house solutions. Silos between IT departments

This is great feedback. We are always trying to improve our workplace environment and take care of our employees. One of our core values is “Live for the Impossible” so we frequently attempt to accomplish the impossible, and have aggressive deadlines. However, as mentioned in the pros, this does not mean we sacrifice work-life balance. Another one of our values is “We Champion People”. Our goal is to provide an environment where we each of us is constantly improving both our technical skills and leadership skills. We strive to provide opportunities for our employees to grow and develop their career.

Best company I've ever worked for, hands down!

Pros

On-site discounted lunches, free breakfast & snacks, work-from-home opportunities, free vision insurance, good medical & dental insurance, free UTA pass, lots of company events (Film Festival, parties, Summer event), great company culture, friendly co-workers, on-site gym & free personal trainers and fitness classes, gift cards galore!

Cons

Open work-space environment. For some people this is actually a pro and it does help with collaboration, but at times it can be a bit of a struggle for me to focus around all the ongoing conversations (I can wear headphones though, problem solved!)
