      Amazing company culture Leadership is very focused on employee satisfaction and happiness Easy access to senior leadership if you want to chat or ask questions You will be given a lot of trust and autonomy as an IC People are kind, thoughtful, and easygoing Great work-life balance

      Pros

      The benefits are great! They really take care of their employees. Pay is fair and is based on your production. Flexible schedules are a plus. Awesome place to work.

      Cons

      Having to work holidays are the biggest thing. Only being closed 4 days each year makes balancing work and life difficult.

      Amazing benefits and perks! They have so many extra goodies (meals, gift cards, prizes) they send you, which truly make you feel appreciated!
