Pros

Great benefits, stock options, flexibility to work from home and adjust schedule as needed, program and education reimbursement, unlimited PTO, transparency on company performance and objectives, focus on mental health and wellbeing, tools and training provided per role, asks for feedback from all associates on management, desired recognition or rewards, friendly and helpful employees, focus on inclusion, diversity, and women's equality. I have actually worked at this company on 3 separate occasions. I keep coming back!

Cons

Cross-functional work doesn't have a solid process and can be difficult to prioritize work. There are some departments or teams much more focused on team building than others.

Disruptive and Fast Moving

Pros

I love the way 1-800 operates. Leadership is very forward thinking and disruptive in changing the way people see the world. It is so refreshing to be part of a company that is so big-hearted.

Cons

If you can't keep up, this isn't the place for you.
