1800 Contacts has a great culture! Most companies brag about their culture on everyone's first day and then you never see it at work. BUT at 1800 Contacts they stick to their word about the great culture! Not only that but our customers are amazing. The company itself has amazing values and they care equally about customers and employees. Everyone is treated with the Exceptional Customer service that our customers get.

Cons

So far with working at 1800 Contacts I haven't been able to find a lot of cons. I love the atmosphere, I love that everyone cares, and I love our service
