Pros

The food, gym, free drinks, company activities, they are willing to listen to and implement ideas, they are flexible with time off, there is some room for advancement, they reward hard work with good bonuses, and it is a friendly atmosphere.

Cons

It is difficult to get a second promotion after entry level. There is a strong boy's club atmosphere. Some of the expectations are extremely demanding. They have no flexibility on negotiating a salary or time off. They do not offer much in professional development. They talk the game but they rarely walk it.

great benefits. flexible schedule alot of oppourtunity for growth and improvement. time off, holiday pay, benefits, gym, cafeteria and activities.

Cons

if you dont like working in a call center atmosphere this is not the place for you. always taking calls
