Pros

Good quality company to work for. Implement how the company trains you for your job into your real life, you will succeed in both! I am a fan, and am just continuing to trust the process and hope all of my hard work pays off!

Cons

Love my job ANd It’s constant. Not much room for error. If you are sick you are screwed unless you have earned the time off. Definitely should pay more. And harsh on being able to bonus. With the amount of work you do, it should be structured differently.
