Good salary Good benefits such as life insurance, visa support etc. Nice office and location Pretty good social aspect / nice staff all around Interesting projects, big variety of sectors and disciplines Mostly Conceptual through to schematic design but some comstruction stage work

Cons

Poor career progression and education (rarely CPDs) At times morally questionable client base. Usual long working hours. Deadlines involve somwhere between a week and a couple of nights working long hours.
